At Jai Medical Center, we gladly accept self-pay patients as well as most types of insurance including the following:

All Jai Medical Center locations also accept Department of Social Services Disability Determination vouchers, foster care children, the homeless, and we also offer care to the uninsured on a sliding fee schedule based on the patient’s ability to pay.
